As a personal trainer, my goal is to help you unlock the best version of yourself. Whether you’re simply looking to improve your quality of life by improving your overall fitness, or you’re an athlete aiming to take your game to the next level, or you’re coaching a sports team to a championship run, or simply looking for a new training regimen, I’m your guy.
By incorporating specific strength and conditioning protocols and rehabilitation techniques, I’ll help you improve speed, power and agility, reduce the risk of injury, and provide you with the necessary knowledge about movement, fitness, and diet to be able to maintain a high level of fitness for life. It’s not just about putting in the work; it’s about learning how to train with intention so that you can reach your highest fitness potential.
During our first session, we will test your fitness, go over your goals, and use the Functional Movement Screen to identify dysfunctions in the way you move. That way, we will have a clear vision for our sessions, and we will reduce the risk of injury.
All training sessions will take place at my gym, S.P.A.R Training, located at 845E Tecumseh Road in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec.
